1 Head of PMO

Position Summary:

Responsible for establishing and running the Project Management Portfolio with the objective of ensuring all projects are delivered using a ‘best-practice’ Project Delivery Approach and are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality.

This role will be three fold, firstly overseeing the portfolio of organizational projects, providing expert knowledge and support and monitoring progress and reporting on the portfolio status. Secondly managing projects directly. Finally, the development, introduction and on-going iteration of the organization’s Project Delivery Approach.

The role is expected to provide strong leadership in a matrix environment to promote best practices in managing interrelated projects and programs to ensure successful delivery. This role will also ensure project resources have the correct tool sets and processes in place and that all relevant staff are trained and equipped to deliver successfully.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in the same capacity in IT service / banking industry.

2 Manager Business Development

Position Summary:

The position of Business Development Manager – Marketing & BD exists for the purpose of ensuring smooth operations of the department from client prospective, new product launches to market / business scenario analysis while maintaining effective liaison within the company and outside with the clients to achieve company objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Desired Education:BCS Computer Science and / or MBA in Marketing
  • Experience:3-5 years professional sales experience in high-tech or service-related industry

3 Quality Assurance Specialist

Position Summary:

The position will be responsible for the quality assurance testing of the Euronet Software solutions. This position works closely with software developers and architects to isolate and solve issues. Develops and initiates tests, analyzes results and ensures issues are reported and resolved.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in a software development environment as a programmer or tester.
  • Experience with QA Automation tools
  • Ability to write automated scripts for testing User Interfaces, REST-based APIs and Web Services.
  • Experience in problem/issue identification, documentation, tracking and resolution.
  • Excellent analytical and organization skills.
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

Skills We Value:

  • Experience with payment processing software.

4 Implementation Analyst:

Position Summary:

The Implementation Analyst’s primary duties are related to the configuration, testing and installation process of Euronet software on the Euronet host. This relates primarily to internal projects and enhancements and/or production environment fixes, and participation in external projects will always be subject to the availability of the resource. The person is responsible for implementing automations, monitoring tools, mandates, among others. These duties are performed under the supervision of Solutions Delivery Manager.

  • Excellent analytical and organization skills.
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Skills We Value:

  • The person should have advance level skills in Integrated Transaction Management (ITM) solution. Should have thorough knowledge of ITM files and setup. AS/400 skills as a programmer type user.
